EPL: Barcelona And Real Madrid set for Transfer tug-of-war over Tottenham's Dele Alli

Dele Alli has seen his stock rise in what has turned into an incredible season already for him.

But now the La Liga giants are set for a new type of El Clasico as they battle for his signature, according to the Mirror.
It is claimed both sides would have to pay £70million for the 20-year-old England midfielder.
Alli cost Spurs just £5m when they signed him as a promising youngster from MK Dons in February 2015.

But his stock has skyrocketed since his impressive double finally ended Chelsea's winning run on Wednesday.

Spurs are currently in the middle of a £750m redevelopment of their stadium and it has been suggested Alli's move could partially help fund that.

It would be the third time Real have gone in for a Tottenham player.
They signed Gareth Bale on a world record £85m deal in 2013 and signed Luka Modric for £30m in 2012.

Madrid are banned from signing players in this transfer window but will reportedly make a "serious" move for Alli in the summer.
