The South Africans assembled in Johannesburg on Monday, 27 July and immediately got down to business.
"We have no time to waste, this is a very crucial match and we know that it is going to be more difficult than the first leg considering how the two teams played in Dobsonville. But we are confident we will return home victorious," said Pauw.
"We also welcome back Roxanne who was unable to be with us in the past couple of matches as well as Busisiwe who was out injured. We have a very strong team and I am positive things will go our way. We know their strengths and weaknesses but for now the focus is on our play, so the next few days before the match will be very important."
The winner between South Africa and Kenya will take on (in the third and final round) the winner between Nigeria and Equatorial Guinea who played to a 1-1 draw in Abuja, Nigeria in the first leg.
In the other group, Cameroon take on Ghana with the winner locking horns with the winner between Cote d'Ivoire and Zimbabwe.
Two teams will emerge to represent Africa at the 2016 Rio de Janeiro Olympic Games in Brazil from 3-20 August.
